The cannabis industry was what you call a happy accident in Caroline’s professional path. After a series of public relations and personal assistant positions, her creativity led her to commercial acting and modeling, at which point she sought a flexible yet enjoyable part time job. Low and behold- budtending- and it was love at first shift. A consistent smoker since age 19, her passion for the plant expanded after moving to CA from KS & entering a (partially) legal market– diving deeper into strains, knowledge and products available that she’d never seen before. Her heart led her to work with the medicine, as she felt heavily rewarded in the retail space- consulting and educating patients, sharing her own experiences and knowledge, and fostering relationships with brands, consumers and like-minded, pot-passionate coworkers. This passion for plant medicine has extended beyond cannabis, and has led her down the path of exploring, experimenting, consulting and healing with psychedelics as well. This expertise and devotion has led her into sales- for both cannabis & psilocibin brands- in which she considers herself much less a salesperson and much more a healer. Cannabis Carol is meant to be so many things. A place to inform, inspire, de-stigmatize, unite, connect, debunk, and empower consumers about all things plant medicine. And when she says plant medicine, she means all plants, because she truly believe plants offer us a vehicle to healing no pharmaceutical can. It extends far beyond healing with plants- but also healing yourself- and recognizing that we are all our own healers first. It’s Caroline’s mission to help others ignite their own healing potential within and follow their own journey back to themselves.
